Ken Stone has been in touch again with some good news for sufferers of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
In his E-book Recovering from PTSD – Ken Stone shares his insights on how to deal with this disorder.
Your healing power is found within you. The person with the most power to heal your disorder is you.
You have the strongest connection to God for yourself – even if you’re not having an experience of that right now. Even if you think God has abandoned you. Even if you don’t believe in God. Even if this concept sounds so absurd as to be offensive. It’s true and I’ll show you. And you don’t have to change your beliefs to have this experience, it is available to anyone.
“I can’t tell you how many clients have been downright agitated at the beginning of their private session with me about how they don’t believe in “what I do.” And how it’s all a bunch of bunk. I’ll tell you – no one could be more skeptical than I was when I first learned of my abilities and started testing it with friends. Three plus years and thousands of people in the meantime and seeing over and over again how people are affected, and I don’t just believe – I know.
You can know, too.
When your connection to God is re-established, when your body and mind and soul are tuned once again to a natural state of alignment, then fear and anxiety transform to safety and happiness. Self loathing/hatred and anger transform to love and connection. Depression and lack of focus transform to clarity and joy. These transformations are the by-product of this process – they are the natural result. This transformation is fairly simple. It requires no drugs or talk therapy (nothing negative about those approaches – they are very important for many people). “
